Resepi Ayam Buttermilk 
Bahan-bahan:
25 minit
2 ketul besar ayam, bahagian dada
1/2 tin susu cair
3 ulas bawang putih, hiris halus
1/2 biji bawang besar holland atau bawang besar biasa, potong dadu
4 sudu besar mentega
2 tangkai daun kari
4 biji cili padi
Bahan-bahan untuk tepung salutan ayam:
2-3 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar serbuk kari
1 biji telur
Sedikit garam
Air secukupnya
Potong dadu isi ayam, bersihkan dan toskan airnya.
Masukkan telur dan garam ke atas ayam dan gaulkan sebati.
Masukkan tepung, serbuk kari dan sedikit air. Kacau supaya tepung pekat dan menyaluti ayam. Perap selama 30 minit atau lebih.
Goreng ayam di dalam minyak panas sehingga garing.
Angkat dan ketepikan.
Cara-cara untuk ayam buttermilk:
Dalam kuali, panaskan butter sehingga cair dan tumis bawang putih, cili dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan susu cair dan bawang besar. Kemudian masukkan ayam yang digoreng tadi.
Masak sehingga kuah sedikit pekat. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukupnya.
Tip:
Kalau tak mahu pedas, jangan masukkan cili. Dan kalau anda mahu cara yang mudah dan cepat untuk penyediaan ayam goreng, boleh juga gunakan tepung goreng serbaguna yang sedia ada di pasaran.



Buttermilk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

2 large chickens, chest parts
1/2 cans of liquid milk
3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1/2 cloves of holland or onion, cut into cubes
4 tbsp butter
2 stalk curry leaves
4 pcs of chilli beans
Ingredients for chicken coating flour:
2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 egg
A little bit of salt
Water is enough

Cut the diced chicken, clean and drain the water.
Add egg and salt to chicken and mix well.
Add flour, curry powder and a little water. Stir in a thickened powder and chicken coating. Marinate for 30 minutes or more.
Fry the chicken in hot oil until it is crisp.
Pick up and set aside.

Methods for chicken buttermilk:

In a pan, heat the butter until it melts and fry the garlic, chilli and curry leaves until it stinks.
Add liquid milk and onion. Then add the fried chicken.
Cook until gravy is slightly thick. Sprinkle with salt and sugar to taste.

Tip:
If you do not want spicy, do not put chilies. And if you want a quick and easy way to prepare fried chicken, you can also use the versatile fried flour available in the market.
